OPIUM

 dehumanization, vileness, greed, pride,

 self-love and egocentrism.

Torture, pain, hurt and distress, 

corruption and putrefaction.

wearing pretty shackles, diamond chains, we're still enslaved. 

narrow-minded humans, dense, accepting poisonous ism,

Hands bound, blindfolded, destitute humans,

we've corrupted the church and doctrines,

demonizing religion. 

Night shines, average man asleep, myopic minds snoozing, perfect time for devil's eyes to walk and devise evil. 

witches flying, cultist transforming, 

dog barking, but the master cares less.

Anger and frustration, jealousy and envy

judging, hating on fellas, giving dirty looks.

you see, we don't love ourselves, the only time we give a hand, is when we're receiving.

we humans are pathetic, imperfect, unrighteous and nowhere near purity.

our hearts, deep and dark as hell.

We rely so much on opium to ease our pain,

first, it feels good, then it turns to a disease, an incurable habit.

stock and hooked, 

we can't sleep without a pill, opium, slight headache, opium, everything opium.

we're poor miserable addicts of opium.
