IN PURSUIT OF PURPOSE

Comin outta the Shadow's

I am racing towards the things they say I'll never achieve.

I'll crawl, I'll walk and even run if need be,

And if I fall,

I'll pick myself up off the floor

so long as I bring home the bacon.

My life journey here on Earth

has a Reason and a Purpose,

I have an obligation

to save this generation.

I am the way I am

because of why I am.

God created me to meet the unique requirements of my Purpose.

I am designed and perfected for my Purpose.

The time is due for my assignment

no more argument,

'twixt myself and I

Tis time to stand upright.

My gaze is ahead of me

I'm becomin who they thought I couldn't be.

I'm rising from ashes, comin

outta the fire and into the fight

with lazer-like focus

like an hungry lion.

I'm becomin the first rate version of myself.

You might see me struggle

but you can never see me quit.

I am decorously the me 

I was destined to be...
